Garden Design Brief:
Before re-development work could begin at this house in Teddington, a large raised garden wall had to be demolished and the entire garden area had to be completely cleared with the aid of a mini-digger. This had originally enclosed the patio area but the new landscaped patio construction, using Chinese slate opened up the patio area and provided a lot more space. Chinese slate was also incorporated in the construction of the crescent style steps, softening the overall appearance of the garden. A bespoke lighting system was installed around the garden borders and the main ground areas were rotovated and treated with high-calibre manure. High quality, hard wearing seeded turf was then laid to complete the project.
